Revenue Recovery

Before spending more to generate demand, make sure you’re not wasting the demand you already have.

Existing demand can lose value after it reaches your business — in the handoffs between steps. RevSpoke finds where, verifies it with your own evidence, and makes one bounded, measured change.

The system

Where value can break

You pay to create demand. RevSpoke’s work starts when that demand reaches a surface you control — and when it loses value, it’s usually between the steps, where ownership, timing and tooling tend to break.

Tap a transition
What can break

Interest arrives, but a form, a callback or a separate scheduler sits between the person and a confirmed slot.

What can break

A booking is made, but little reliably closes the distance between the commitment and the day it’s kept.

What can break

The conversation happens; then the plan, quote or proposal loses timing or ownership, and the decision drifts.

What can break

The decision is made, but payment completion is inconsistent — and no one is watching the gap.

What can break

Past customers are a known asset, but reactivation is unowned — so repeat revenue is left to chance.

A short guided conversation. No account, no obligation.

Surfaces

Where the handoff actually happens

Every transition runs through something concrete — a page, a form, a queue, a message. That is where friction tends to live.

RevSpoke doesn’t arrive with a tool to install here. Which surface matters — if any — is decided by the evidence.

Method

How RevSpoke works

A systematic, evidence-led approach: identify where value may be breaking, verify it against first-party evidence, and decide whether a bounded intervention is justified. Four steps, in order — nothing is prescribed before it is verified.

Observe

Map how the process actually runs — the real path a customer takes, the tools involved, and who owns each handoff.

Verify

Confirm it with your own evidence. A public signal is a reason to look; only first-party records show what is really happening. RevSpoke does not arrive with a fix in mind — the intervention follows the verified cause.

Intervene

Design and build the minimum coherent intervention — the smallest system that addresses the verified cause and nothing more, never a broad rebuild. That can mean automation, AI, custom software, an integration, or a messaging, booking or workflow change — the evidence decides which, and the technology is never chosen first.

Measure

Establish a baseline before anything changes. Then measure the same operational outcome afterwards, against that baseline.

The decision

Evidence decides what happens next

A signal isn’t a problem. A pattern isn’t proof. If the evidence doesn’t justify a change, the work stops there.

Signal Verify with first-party evidence

Is there a sufficiently verified issue that this business can actually control?

NOStop.
“Nothing to fix here” — which is worth knowing. It keeps time and money from being spent on a problem that isn’t there. If a simple change is obviously the business’s to make, RevSpoke says so and steps back.
YESA bounded, measured change.
One verified transition. Baseline first, then the minimum coherent intervention, then measurement against that baseline — and a clear next decision based on what actually changed.

We don’t stop at finding the leak. We build the system that fixes it.

Once an issue is verified, RevSpoke designs and implements the smallest effective solution — using automation, AI, software, integrations or process changes where they make sense.

The work

From a verified issue to a measured change

When the evidence does confirm a controllable issue, the engagement has a fixed shape.

1
One verified problem
A single transition, confirmed with first-party evidence.
2
One agreed operational measure
The specific outcome the change is meant to move.
3
Baseline established
What that measure looks like before anything changes.
4
Minimum coherent intervention designed
The smallest change that targets the verified cause.
5
A bounded change, implemented
Scoped to the one transition. Nothing beyond it.
6
An observation window
Enough real activity to read the result honestly.
7
An honest readout
What moved, what didn’t, and what can and cannot be attributed.
8
The next evidence-based decision
Continue, stop, or address a different transition.

Scope is fixed to one transition. What the change is, and how long the observation runs, follow the evidence — they are not decided in advance, and there is no fixed package or price attached to this.

Measurement

Two questions, kept separate

Every RevSpoke measurement answers two questions — and doesn’t blur them into one comfortable number.

Question one

Did the targeted operational failure actually improve?

A concrete before-and-after on the exact thing that was changed — completion, timing, attendance, a handoff. This is the primary result of the work.

Question twoHigher bar

Can a revenue or margin change honestly be attributed to it?

Often the honest answer is “not with confidence” — and RevSpoke says exactly that, rather than claiming a number the evidence can’t support.

Examples

What this can look like

Illustrations of the kind of issue RevSpoke is built to find — examples of a pattern, not claims about any particular business.

A booking is made, but the next required step lives in a disconnected tool — and some people never complete it.

Follow-up exists, but timing or ownership breaks the continuity, and intent goes cold.

Demand reaches the business, but payment completion is inconsistent — and the gap goes unwatched.

Past customers are a known asset, but reactivation is no one’s job, so it doesn’t happen.

Who runs it

Behind RevSpoke

Novak Stojanovic
Founder, RevSpoke

RevSpoke is founded and run by Novak Stojanovic. It exists because businesses invest heavily in creating demand and far less in checking whether that demand converts — and because closing that gap is usually a question of process and evidence, not of spending more. The work is founder-led and deliberately narrow: one verified transition at a time.

Questions

Questions worth asking first

Straight answers to what businesses usually want to know before a first conversation.

RevSpoke looks at where the demand a business has already generated may fail to become realized revenue — in the handoffs between inquiry, booking, attendance, purchase, payment and repeat business. The goal is to keep more of the demand you already have, before spending more to create new demand.

A signal or a pattern is not proof. RevSpoke verifies a suspected issue against the business’s own first-party operational evidence — what actually happened in your records — before treating it as real.

No. RevSpoke does not arrive with a tool to install. The intervention follows the verified cause, and a broad system rebuild is never the default — usually the change is small and specific to one transition.

Then the work stops there. RevSpoke will not manufacture an intervention. “No further work” is a legitimate outcome — and confirming that a step is working keeps time and money from being spent on a problem that is not there.

A fixed sequence: establish a baseline, design the minimum coherent intervention, make one bounded change scoped to that transition, observe it against the baseline, and then a clear next decision based on what actually moved.

Whatever best addresses the verified cause. That can be automation, an AI-assisted workflow, custom software, a CRM or booking integration, an SMS system, a website or payment-flow change, or a process improvement. RevSpoke doesn’t begin with a predetermined tool — the solution follows the evidence.

Only the minimum needed to verify the named transition, establish a baseline and measure the result. RevSpoke prefers low-burden, business-controlled evidence and asks for no unnecessary credentials or sensitive data.
